It is hard to believe that Baltimore used to be a booming peach town! Dating from the late 1800's, this lightly sweetened yeasted cake is baked with fresh sliced peaches. A Baltimore Staple for over a century! Made as a quarter sheet. can be made as large as a half sheet.

Holiday Fruitcake

A Fantastic addition to any holiday menu. This fruitcake is made with freshly dried fruits, soaked in a 7 year Flor de Cana rum and aged over several weeks with brandy. There is a limited supply every year so be sure to reserve yours early! 2lb cake $35 custom sizes available by request.
